CDI · Plastic piping site foreman
YOUR DUTIES
Based in Bernin Connected to the Chargé d’Affaires and/or business manager, you would be responsible for the proper execution of work on sites under your charge and would co-ordinate activities between different teams. You would equally be responsible for security, delays, and quality. As such, you would be in charge of:
- Organising and managing equipment, raw materials and human resources necessary for the proper functioning of these sites
- Managing stocks of equipment and raw materials arriving on site
- Carrying out the work plan in accordance with set objectives
- Managing staff and leading teams
- Particularly supervising the team leaders under your charge and co-ordinating subcontractors on site
- Taking care of management and the follow-up documentation of building sites
- Ensuring compliance with customer specifications in terms of quality, safety and the environment, as well as with regulations and deadlines.
- Actively participating in developing the prevention plan with the client and applying it
- Being a key customer contact for carrying out work
- Ensuring that staff at your disposal respect safety regulations.
Placements are primarily regional, but trips around the whole of France may be required depending on the site.
Qualifications :
- You must have a CAP/BAC PRO (or equivalent) training in piping/boilerwork, or a Bac + 2 (Secondary Education Diploma + 2 years of college) and professional experience (in the industrial plastic piping business).

CDI · Plastic pipe welder
YOUR DUTIES
You would work on site and in our workshops in Bernin (38190). In compliance with quality and safety regulations, your duties would include:
- Reading an isometric plan.
- Taking spatial measurements and carrying out an RFI “Ready For Implementation” isometry
- Preparing the installation of your workstation: welding station and tools.
- Producing an “iso”.
- Carrying out manual welding work on plastic piping according to welding instructions.
- Carrying out traceability of the welds in self-regulation.
- Evaluating defects and carrying out rework or finishing operations (edge, deposit, surface, ...).
- Removing/replacing pipes with the necessary lifting equipment
- Mastery of: assembling, bolting, cutting, grinding, bending and tracing, shaping.
- Knowledge of the following machinery: chainsaw, grinder, saw, welding machine, heat gun.
Your profile:
- Plastic welding training with experience required in the industrial sector.
- Mastery of PVC, PP, HDPE, PVDF
- All positions, all diameters.
- Good technical skills, spatial awareness, manual dexterity, autonomy, sense of responsibility, teamwork.
- Production of isometric drawings
